The Allahabad High Court has dismissed petitions from farmers challenging land acquisition for the Yamuna Expressway project in Bhatta-Parsaul and surrounding villages. This ruling ends years of litigation, allowing Yeida to take possession and offer plots to allottees who were delayed due to the legal disputes.
