At least four people, identified as members of Iran's Kurdish minority, were killed in western Iran on Saturday when Revolutionary Guards allegedly opened fire on protesters. Rights groups reported dozens wounded, while Iranian media stated a Revolutionary Guard was killed by "rioters" attempting to enter a police station. These protests, sparked by the rising cost of living, are the most significant since 2022-2023 and have spread to at least 30 cities nationwide.
