Indian police report that Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) is allegedly trapping and brainwashing minors, aged 14-17, to form a spy network. Over 37 minors are under security scanner, with 12 from Punjab and Haryana and 25 from Jammu and Kashmir. A recent case involved a 15-year-old boy in J&K who was reportedly instructed by Pakistan-based handlers to film sensitive Indian military locations. Investigations suggest the ISI uses online methods and unconventional apps to recruit and control these young individuals.
