
National security advisers from Europe and other allies visited Kyiv to discuss security guarantees and economic support for Ukraine. President Zelenskyy stated that work on peace proposals could accelerate after sharing documents with 18 advisers. Ukraine's General Staff and military sector will meet in Paris on Monday, followed by a European leaders' meeting Tuesday, where finalization of security guarantee documents is hoped for. A multilateral framework agreement involving Ukrainian and European troops, with U.S. support, is being coordinated. Partners have reached consensus on an economic support package of approximately $800 billion over the next decade.
