Krishna river water is expected to reach kidney disease-affected areas in NTR district by January-end, according to District Collector G. Lakshmisha. Repair works are underway, requiring an additional ₹350 crore, after which all households will receive drinking water. Special health teams are identifying and providing medical assistance to those with kidney ailments. Additionally, development projects including a bridge construction, a Navodaya School, highway lighting, and road improvements are planned for the Tiruvuru constituency.
