
Climate activist Harjeet Singh and his organization, Satat Sampada, have denied allegations by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) of misusing Rs 6 crore in foreign funds to influence government policies and narrative-building for foreign groups. The ED searched Singh's home and office as part of a FEMA investigation. Singh was also arrested and granted bail in a separate excise case related to liquor found at his residence. Satat Sampada stated the company was founded with personal savings and loans, and Singh's international travel was professional, highlighting India's renewable energy progress.
