India's Navy is enhancing its maritime security with the induction of 10 Drishti 10 Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) drones. Developed by Adani Defence Aerospace, these indigenous drones can stay airborne for over 36 hours and operate at high altitudes, equipped with advanced sensors for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR). The first unit is already operational, with naval crews trained and actively conducting missions. These drones will bolster early threat detection, anti-submarine operations, and search and rescue capabilities, integrating unmanned systems into India's maritime strategy.
