The YSR Congress party has criticized the closure of the skill development case against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Party leader Satish Reddy questioned the credibility of institutions, stating that individuals accused of siphoning public funds should not be allowed to go free. He highlighted previous evidence, money tracing, arrests, property attachments, and a CAG assessment of state exchequer loss, noting Naidu's prior arrest and jail time in the case. Reddy characterized the case's closure due to 'no evidence' or 'mistake of fact' as an 'institutional surrender'.
