Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has appealed to Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu to withdraw objections to Krishna River irrigation projects in Telangana. Reddy emphasized a preference for amicable dialogue over disputes or legal battles to resolve inter-state water issues. He highlighted that project approvals are hindered by Andhra Pradesh's objections, impacting Telangana's access to bank loans and central funds, thereby burdening the state exchequer. Reddy also proposed cooperation on infrastructure projects, including a highway to Machilipatnam port.
