Venezuela's interim President Delcy Rodriguez, a follower of Indian spiritual leader Sathya Sai Baba, has visited his ashram in Andhra Pradesh twice in the past year. Her visits to Prasanthi Nilayam, the spiritual headquarters, occurred in August 2023 and October 2024, during which she was accompanied by her husband, also a devotee. Rodriguez was recently sworn in as Venezuela's interim President.
