A conflict has emerged in Chhattisgarh between BJP MP Brijmohan Agrawal and the state government over the leadership of the Bharat Scouts and Guides (BSG). Agrawal, who claims to be the elected State president, is challenging his removal by the government, which appointed MLA Gajendra Yadav to the post. The dispute has led to the postponement of the National Rover-Ranger Jamboree and a legal challenge by Agrawal in the High Court over the leadership and alleged financial irregularities.
