
A tanker carrying between 85,000 and 90,000 barrels of oil arrived in Havana from Mexico, increasing tensions with the US. Mexico has become a key oil supplier to Cuba following the fall of Venezuela's President Maduro. Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum stated the shipments are partly humanitarian aid and that Mexico will continue supplying Cuba, despite US criticism and strained ties.
