A Mumbai court has permitted a director of Jarandeshwar Sugar Mills Pvt Ltd, accused in the alleged Maharashtra State Cooperative Bank (MSCB) fraud case, to travel to Dubai. The director, Sachin Singare, sought permission to attend the Dubai Sugar Conference and for a family vacation. The court noted that the prosecution's concerns about his travel could be managed with strict conditions, emphasizing that the right to travel is integral to personal liberty and that Singare had previously complied with court-imposed travel terms.
