The BJP leadership, including the Chief Minister, has criticized Pawar, urging introspection and pointing to the NCP's past role in civic governance. Pawar clarified the campaign focuses solely on the BJP's tenure in the municipal corporations from 2017-2022 and is not related to state or central government alliances.
