Union Minister of State Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar and Municipal Administration Minister P. Narayana laid the foundation stone for Inner Ring Road Phase-3 works in Guntur, costing ₹48 crore. The Minister of State highlighted ongoing city development efforts, including preparation of Detailed Project Reports for stadium and other projects. The Municipal Administration Minister noted that Guntur has received ₹650 crore under the AMRUT 2.0 scheme for various ongoing works.
