Delhi University has revoked the two-month suspension of its students' union joint secretary, Deepika Jha, who was suspended for slapping a professor. The ABVP-affiliated office bearer's suspension, imposed on November 14, 2025, was lifted early due to her conduct and behavior, effective January 7, 2026. The decision was made based on recommendations from a university committee.
