The Delhi High Court has ordered the Congress and Aam Aadmi Party, along with actor Urmila Sanawar and others, to remove social media posts linking BJP leader Dushyant Kumar Gautam to the Ankita Bhandari murder case. Gautam filed a defamation suit, and the court granted an interim order, stating a prima facie case of defamation and potential irreparable harm. The court directed the removal of content alleging Gautam as the 'VIP' in the case within 24 hours, with social media platforms to comply if defendants fail.
