An official committee is assessing the project's requirements, scope, and cost. This initiative aims to enhance direct engagement beyond current methods like social media and traditional written complaints. Additionally, the state plans to install digital boards in public areas to provide real-time information on government schemes and their application procedures, replacing static signage.
