Uttar Pradesh has cancelled the Assistant Professor recruitment examination held in April 2025 due to a paper leak and extortion racket. The Special Task Force (STF) arrested three individuals involved in preparing and selling fake question papers. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ordered the cancellation to ensure fair and transparent recruitment processes and directed the UP Education Service Selection Commission to conduct the exam again soon. The decision aims to safeguard candidates' futures and uphold integrity in state recruitment.
