Union minister Giriraj Singh criticized the Congress party, alleging their opposition to the new Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G) scheme stems from the inclusion of Lord Ram's name. Singh claimed the Congress is anti-poor and anti-rural, contrasting current fund allocations with the previous UPA regime. The VB-G RAM G scheme, which replaces MGNREGA, aims to increase rural employment days from 100 to 125.
