
Security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district are engaged in an intensified search operation for two to three suspected Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists believed to be holed up in the Kamadh Nullah area. A joint team of police and army cordoned off the Kahog forest after an earlier encounter where one terrorist was reportedly injured. Senior police and army officials are overseeing the ongoing operation to neutralize the insurgents and secure infiltration routes.
