Somalia is investigating claims that a Yemeni separatist leader, Aidarous al-Zubaidi, traveled through Mogadishu airport. The Saudi-led coalition in Yemen accused the UAE of facilitating his departure from Yemen via Somaliland, then by aircraft to Mogadishu, before heading to Abu Dhabi. The UAE-backed leader heads a southern separatist group. Somalia's immigration agency confirmed the investigation into the incident.
