A woman gave birth to a baby girl on the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Jabalpur Express near Faridabad Old Railway Station. The delivery was assisted by other women passengers in the coach. The train was stopped for approximately 26 minutes to allow medical staff to attend to the mother and newborn. Both mother and child are reported to be safe and were taken to BK Hospital in Faridabad.
