The dog attacked residents in Nadia Nagar, LIG Colony, Shivshakti Nagar, and Sanjay Nagar, with incidents including severe injuries to a man's hand and a boy's leg. Residents reported a larger stray dog population in the area, contributing to ongoing safety concerns. Indore recorded nearly 55,000 stray dog bites in the previous year.
