The annual Magh Mela has commenced at Prayagraj's Triveni Sangam, drawing lakhs of devotees for a holy dip on Paush Purnima despite cold weather. The month-long Kalpavas ritual also began, with millions expected to participate. Authorities have deployed extensive security and facilities, including thousands of police personnel and CCTV surveillance.
