
A wild elephant killed three people in separate incidents across three villages in Chaibasa, Jharkhand, late Thursday night. The victims were identified as Mangal Singh Hembram, Hurdup Bahanda, and Vishnu Sundi. Two women were seriously injured and are receiving hospital treatment. The elephant also caused damage to property and crops in a nearby district. This incident follows previous elephant-related deaths in the Chandil forest range.
