Coimbatore's 33 Urban Primary Health Centres (UPHCs) provided treatment to over 25.8 lakh outpatients and 59,649 inpatients in 2025. These centers saw an average of 214 outpatient visits daily and 151 inpatients monthly. Additionally, 22,114 pregnant women registered, with 508 deliveries conducted. Under the Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy Maternity Benefit Scheme, 18,088 nutrition kits were distributed, with over ₹9.23 crore disbursed to pregnant women for nutritional needs and health kits.
