
Noida schools have extended closures for students up to Class 8 until January 10 due to a severe cold wave and dropping temperatures. The minimum temperature in the region reached 7°C, with forecasts predicting it to remain around 8-9°C through the week. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has also issued warnings for morning fog and mist, advising residents to take precautions against the prolonged cold spell.
