Dr. Tsering Norbu, known as Dr. Norbu Olthangpa, is recognized for his dedicated and selfless service as a surgeon in Ladakh. Despite facing challenging conditions and isolation in his remote region, he has consistently provided care without taking leave. His journey began in a remote village, overcoming educational limitations and financial struggles to pursue medicine, eventually returning to serve his community.
