
Bacteria have been detected in four groundwater-based water samples collected from Adampur Cantonment, Bajpai Nagar, and Khanu village in Bhopal, India. The Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) has discontinued water supply from these sources and advised residents against using them for drinking. This marks the first such detection this year, with 250 samples tested on Wednesday, four of which were contaminated.
