
District administration is preparing for the Mahasivaratri Brahmotsavams, set to begin on February 8. Anticipating a 20% increase in devotees from last year, Collector Rajakumari Ganiya has directed officials to ensure smooth arrangements, focusing on hygiene, water, parking, and efficient darshan. Special officers will oversee 11 zones, with 24/7 sanitation. Medical camps and ambulances will be stationed along the 46-kilometer trekking route for pilgrims.
