111 Jain spiritual seekers have embarked on a 29-day 'Kalyanak Yatra' from Mumbai to visit 119 sacred sites across India associated with the 24 Jain Tirthankars. This journey, which includes participants as young as six and as old as 73, is considered a final opportunity to visit these remote locations before renunciation, as initiates are forbidden from using motorized transport. The yatra, named '119 Kalyanak Bhumi Yatra', will cover sites in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, and other states, with a focus on significant events in the lives of Tirthankars.
