Dr. Nomal Chandra Borah, Founder of GNRC Hospitals and Universal Health Mission, has received two national Lifetime Achievement Awards. The Indian Academy of Neurology (IAN) and the Association of Nurse Executives (India) recognized his five decades of contributions to healthcare, neurology, and nursing leadership. Both organizations lauded his journey from humble beginnings to establishing Northeast India's first neuroscience center and expanding neurological services.
