A Mumbai security guard, Aniket Katkar, has transitioned to become the lead producer for digital creator Kushal Lodha's podcasts after a chance parking lot encounter two years ago. Katkar, who was a security guard in Lodha's building, approached him expressing a passion for videography. Lodha recognized Katkar's eagerness to learn and offered him an opportunity. Katkar self-taught himself video recording, audio mixing, and production quality, and now leads all of Lodha's podcast shoots, interacting confidently with guests.
