
The death toll from the Indore water tragedy has risen to 23, with the latest victim identified as 64-year-old Bhagwandas Bharne, who died after nearly 10 days of treatment for gangrene and multiple organ failure. Another victim, Kamla Bai (59), died from vomiting and diarrhea, suspected to be caused by contaminated water consumption. Her death was not officially attributed to the contaminated water due to an address discrepancy on her Aadhaar card.
