Veteran Belgian hockey player Tom Boon, at 35, continues to excel, recently winning the FIH Men's Player of the Year award for 2025. He was a key member of Belgium's World Cup and Olympic gold medal-winning teams. Despite his age, Boon scored 21 goals in the FIH Pro League and six in the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup victory. He is now playing for the Ranchi Royals in the Hockey India League, aiming to continue his successful career.
