The Indian Super League (ISL) 2025-26 season will commence on February 14, 2026, following months of uncertainty due to financial and contractual disputes between the All India Football Federation (AIFF) and its commercial partner FSDL. Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya announced the resumption after a meeting with AIFF and all 14 ISL clubs, including previously hesitant ones like Mohun Bagan and East Bengal. The second division I-League will also restart around the same time. A central fund has been established to support the leagues until a new commercial partner is secured.
