The event will take place before the season opener between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Dr DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai. The WPL 2026 season is scheduled to run from January 9 to February 5 across Navi Mumbai and Vadodara, featuring five franchises competing in a double round-robin format.
