Army shooter Ajay Kumar won the men's 10m air pistol gold at the National Shooting Championships with a score of 241.1, narrowly defeating Railways' Shubham Bisla. Jonathan Gavin Antony of Karnataka achieved a treble, winning gold in the sub-youth, youth, and junior men's categories. In the senior trap mixed team event, Tamil Nadu secured gold by defeating Madhya Pradesh.
