Rishabh Pant has been ruled out of the upcoming three-match ODI series against New Zealand due to a side strain (Oblique Muscle Tear). The BCCI confirmed Pant experienced discomfort while batting in the nets, leading to MRI scans and a diagnosis of a muscle tear. Dhruv Jurel has been named as Pant's replacement and has joined the squad. The injury was identified on Saturday afternoon in Vadodara.
