Eleven-year-old Atiqa Mir achieved a historic top-five finish in her debut in the junior S125 category at the IAME UAE Karting Championship in Abu Dhabi. She became the first Indian to secure a top-five finish globally in this category and the first female to achieve this on debut in the championship's history. Despite qualifying 18th due to a kart issue, Mir demonstrated exceptional skill, climbing through the heats and pre-final to secure a strong position in the final race.
