India's Rishabh Pant received brief treatment after being struck during net practice ahead of the first ODI against New Zealand. Pant was hit above the waist by a throwdown specialist and attended by support staff. Other players, including Shubman Gill, Rohit Sharma, Mohammed Siraj, Shreyas Iyer, and KL Rahul, also participated in practice sessions. The three-match ODI series begins Sunday at the Baroda Cricket Association Stadium.
