Ayush Badoni has received his maiden call-up to the Indian ODI squad for the series against New Zealand, replacing the injured Washington Sundar. Sundar sustained a rib injury during the first ODI and has been ruled out of the remaining matches. Badoni, a Delhi and LSG all-rounder known for his batting and bowling, earned the selection based on his domestic and IPL performances. He is expected to join the team in Rajkot for the second ODI.
