The Pakistan Super League (PSL) has expanded to eight teams for its 2026 season with the addition of new franchises from Hyderabad and Sialkot. These new teams were sold for a combined US$12.75 million (approximately INR 115 crore). OZ Developers secured the Sialkot franchise, while FKS Group acquired the Hyderabad team. The expansion marks a significant commercial step for the league, with the franchise fees setting new records. The Multan franchise will be managed by the PCB for the upcoming season due to ownership issues.
