Indian teenager M. Hansini achieved a significant victory at the WTT Feeder series international ranking tournament, defeating third seed Yoo Yerin of Korea in straight games. The 16-year-old also advanced to the women's doubles quarterfinal with partner Sampada Bhiwandkar. Other Indian players like Sougata Sarkar, Mudit Dani, Akash Pal, Ankur Bhattacharjee, and Priyanuj Bhattacharya also secured wins in the men's singles round of 32. In women's singles, Taneesha Kotecha narrowly lost her match.
