ISRO's PSLV-C62 mission experienced an anomaly in its third stage, causing it to deviate from its flight path and fail to place 16 satellites into their intended orbit. The satellites, including Indian payloads like DRDO's Anvesha and AayulSAT, along with an Earth Observation satellite from Thailand and the UK, were lost. This marks the second consecutive PSLV mission failure during the third stage, following a similar incident in May 2025. ISRO has initiated a detailed analysis to determine the cause of the anomaly.
