Chennai airport is set to introduce smart trolleys equipped with screens to assist passengers. These trolleys will allow users to scan boarding passes for real-time flight information, gate directions, and details on shopping and dining options within the security hold area. Following Hyderabad's lead, Chennai plans to deploy approximately 100 smart trolleys across its terminals, aiming to enhance passenger convenience and navigation.
