Dell has revived its iconic XPS laptop brand, a year after discontinuing it for a simplified naming scheme. The company announced at CES 2026 the return of the XPS 14 and XPS 16, redesigned to be thinner, lighter, and powered by Intel Core Ultra chips. Dell acknowledged customer feedback influenced the decision, aiming to recapture the 'Extreme Performance System' fanbase while attracting new users. New features include improved cooling, sustainability efforts with recycled materials, and modular ports, with an XPS 13 also planned.
