While AI is integrated into workflows, particularly in software development, intelligent automation, and business process management, over half of HR leaders surveyed noted incomplete or low-quality AI outputs requiring human intervention. By 2027, nearly all HR leaders (97%) anticipate work will be primarily shaped by humans collaborating with AI, emphasizing the need for upskilling and capability building to enhance human-AI partnerships.
