The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is scheduled to launch its PSLV-C62 mission on January 12, 2026, at 10:17 AM IST from Sriharikota. This mission will deploy an advanced communication satellite. This follows ISRO's successful launch of the BlueBird Block-2 communication satellite for AST SpaceMobile in December 2025, which was noted as the heaviest payload launched by the LVM3 rocket into Low Earth Orbit.
